Do you have a paypal account? It's the first time I hear that PayPal doesn't change the language based on the customer's IP.
We can also work something else out. You could go to paypal and send the amount to us. We would then unlock the order which you
have placed with the "bank wire" option previously. If you agree with this approach I will contact you via mail with the details.
